Traveling Alone

It is true that any parent can be hard to leave your child off alone. But figuratively speaking, but we refer to the service they can offer an airline for a child to travel only by air.

Each airline

The situations can be: a family with distant grandparents, an exchange trip, or simply the inability to accompany our son on a trip. Fortunately, no shortage of solutions to a problem of this type. And we mean even to kids who just go to the bathroom alone, or do not even know their own to tie the laces.

Young children can travel alone by plane, after five years. Some airlines (see best airlines) determine the age of seven or eight years, always in direct flights. If you have connections, children must be accompanied by an adult. To do this, there is a service that solves the problem.

provides a service for unaccompanied minors. The system includes a support during the flight by the airline staff, helping a good journey and arrival at destination, assisting with any setback. Of course, nothing is free, and the service has a fee that varies depending on the type of trip and distance. Many travelers decide that the best way to discover the world is put some belongings in a backpack and disappear into the vastness of the planet. For those who wish to travel alone we left some tips and ideas.

Traveling alone confronts us with ourselves. No means to escape or be strange, but decided to overcome the fear of oneself and accompany our own shadow. Traveling alone is one of the most enriching experiences, allows us to meet people without being tied to who we are back at home, in other words we are completely free.

Packing …
Pack smart and knowing exactly what to wear and, more importantly, why. If you see something that is not essential, leave it, do not need it.

Traveling …
Transport is one of the biggest expenses. So we take the time to think carefully and anticipate what we need. Hitchhiking is also a good option if you want to save money, and definitely not too difficult if you travel alone (depending on the country in which we want to do, it’s best to learn about local customs with other hitchhikers, enrich your experience.)

Sleeping …
Accommodation can be either difficult or just the opposite. Traveling does not make sense just to stay in a hotel. While we have a private room to meet local options, passengers or people in general are more limited. The best option is to find a hostel, or use couchsurfing and hospitality club.

The most important tip, however, is encouraged to travel with themselves, have fun and discover the world.
