
The label of Canada’s best attractions is obviously subjective in the eye of the beholder and who is watching.
The following list is the opinion of several friends and knowledgeable people in Canada, some Canadians and other foreigners. Be the readers may disagree with our list or disagree it is certain that any of these attractions and not so tourist in Canada are the favorites of anyone in the world.
Canada as a country as huge (nearly 10 million square kilometers) gives the resident and the visitor a myriad of attractions to choose from. What is your favorite? (The order is purely coincidental and does not reflect that attraction may be better).
The Parliament of Canada in Ottawa. For many Canadian Parliament buildings represent the sovereignty of Canada and a symbol of unity in a country of minorities. Others may represent the occasional arrogance of power and center/east (Ontario and Quebec). For many visitors are an excellent example of English Victorian architecture and a symbol of order and peace in a developed country which gained independence without revolution or war.
The Rocky Mountains in Alberta – Few places in the world are so dramatic in nature as the Rocky Mountains of Alberta. To check, you must visit the town of Banff National Park of the same name and climb to the top of Sulphur Mountain.
The Coast Mountains of British Columbia. Some people confuse the Rockies to the Coast Mountains of British Colombia where the mountains of Whistler and Blackcomb, one of the best snow skiing in the world.
The Stampede (rodeo) in Calgary. The famous Calgary Stampede (famous at least in Canada and U.S.) is not a place but a country cultural festival that takes place in July in Calgary, Alberta. It is one of the best attractions of Canada for its festival and rodeo, the largest in North America, which brings together the best cowboys in Canada and the United States to compete in luck cowboy. The festival offers a variety of activities for all ages as well as concerts by country music stars of international stature. Yeeeehaa!
Polar Bears of Churchill Manitoba. These majestic mammals in danger of extinction (especially if it does not stop climate change is melting the Arctic Canada) occupy a large territory in Northern Canada. The best place to cash them to see in their natural environment from the village of Churchill in Manitoba province.
The Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Step into the seabed in the Bay of Fundy at low tide and kayaking in the same place in the afternoon with high tide.
